1. Missions / key responsability :

Internal Process Officer for the Operational Implementation of New Maritime Environmental Regulations

The Internal Process Officer is responsible for the effective and operational implementation of new environmental regulations applicable to the maritime sector. They work closely with internal and external teams to ensure compliance, manage change, and continuously improve practices through process design and governance definition.

Analyze and interpret new maritime environmental regulations with experts within the team.

Organize and facilitate workshops with business & technical stakeholders and formalize workshop reports.

Develop and implement internal processes to ensure compliance with regulations.

Support change management by communicating effectively with all stakeholders.

Design and optimize processes to meet new environmental requirements.

Formalize approved processes with internal stakeholders in the form of auditable procedures.

Define cross-functional governance with the Group’s various departments.

Define the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder involved in the new process.

Identify existing internal processes and those that need to be created or improved.

Develop strategies to adapt internal processes in response to new GHG regulations.

Identify and implement key success factors for process execution.

Actively contribute to project team committees and lead recurring meetings on transversal topics.

Required Skills (hard & soft skills) :

· Engineering degree, quality management, or related studies.

· Knowledge of Signavio and process design.

· Proven experience in process management, change management, and regulatory compliance, preferably in the maritime sector.

· Excellent communication, change management, and training skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team.

· Proactive mindset and ability to influence stakeholders.

· Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.

· Strong reporting and process formalization skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Knowledge of national and international maritime environmental regulations is a plus.

· Experience in data governance is appreciated.

2. Technological environment :

· A good understanding of the Shipping industry would be a plus
