Missions / key responsability :

Reporting to the Program Director, you work closely with the Product Owner responsible for tool development, various project managers, and business experts. You are involved throughout the entire implementation cycle of the tool and processes, from gathering requirements to deployment, ensuring that Data Owners gain full proficiency in these new areas of analysis.

We are looking for a junior profile (1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role) who can quickly gain expertise in internal tools and the specific requirements of different shipping business areas.

Analyze the data quality of 5 tools currently in development or in use. These tools are designed to support compliance with European or international regulations aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the maritime sector.

2. Required Skills (hard & soft skills) :

· Assess the data quality of tools using statistical methods and data analysis techniques.

· Identify inconsistencies, errors, and gaps in the data and propose solutions to the Product Owner.

· Collaborate with development teams to enhance data quality and tool efficiency.

· Prepare reports and presentations to communicate analysis results to the Product Owner and Program Director.

· Coordinate with the team to ensure tools comply with regulatory requirements.

4. Expected deliverables

Few examples of deliverables expected :

Data Quality Analysis Report

A detailed report outlining the data quality analysis of the 5 tools, identifying inconsistencies, errors, and gaps in the data, along with recommendations to address them.

Data Improvement Plan

An action plan to improve data quality, developed in collaboration with the development teams, including priorities and an implementation timeline.

Compliance Monitoring Framework

A framework to monitor the compliance of the tools with regulatory requirements, including performance indicators and validation processes.

Testing & Validation Results

The results of tests conducted on the tools, including compliance and performance tests, with an analysis of discrepancies and the solutions implemented to resolve the issues.
