Data Financial Analyst

Role Overview

As a Data Financial Analyst, you will help us measure and maximize the business value of Data and AI initiatives. You will work with business, finance, and technical teams to build business cases, assess financial impact, and track value after deployment.

You will join a global program within the group, working with teams across Middle East Africa and different entities. You will be part of a core team of five and report to the Program Director.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build business cases for Data & AI use cases

•                    Run workshops with business, finance, and technical stakeholders to define scope, KPIs, and value drivers

•                    Identify financial impact, including revenue uplift/preservation, cost avoidance, and OPEX/CAPEX savings

•                    Map current vs. target processes to show where value is created

•                    Link technical performance indicators to business and financial outcomes

•                    Estimate total OPEX and CAPEX

•                    Prepare governance materials for Go / No-Go decisions and prioritization

•                    Document assumptions, analysis, and reusable templates

2. Support value monitoring during RUN phase

•                    Define value measurement plans based on business case KPIs

•                    Guide teams on live value monitoring using DVM methodology

•                    Help operational teams build reliable and automated value tracking

Required Profile

•                    At least 5 years of experience in finance or business modeling

•                    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

•                    Ability to solve business problems using financial and operational analysis

•                    Good knowledge of the telco network domain

•                    Good understanding of AI use cases and their business impact

•                    Fluent in French and English

•                    Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
